The Film Afternoons are popular.
Next film will be 'The Rabbit-Proof Fence' on Monday 28th September. Tea and cakes go down very well. If anyone feels they would like to make a cake for us occasionally, - that would be very welcome. Please ring Pam Priston ( 743499 ).
Family Harvest Barn Dance
Saturday 26th September 6pm-10pm in the Parish Rooms
A chance to enjoy a fun evening of dancing and food with the church family (all ages welcome).A ‘bring and share’ ploughman’s and fruit crumble/ pie will be served. Please sign up on the list in church or tell Martin Wright or Joy Craine what you are able to bring to avoid lots of bread and no cheese!
Please bring wine, cider, beer and other soft drinks. Squash, tea and coffee will be provided.

Letting the Vicarage
The Diocese of Bath and Wells endeavours to let empty vicarages for a period of 6 months during a vacancy – this will be handled by Chalmers Estate agents in Bath 01225 331188. Please contact Chalmers directly if you are interested, or know of anyone who might be interested in a short term let starting from September.

Wednesdays in September, 7.45pm at Widcombe Baptist Church. Paul Mallard . Sharing God’s Passion. Psalms to focus on God, warm our hearts and prepare us for mission.Why not join with fellow Bath Christians to hear from God’s word, encourage one another and witness to our unity in Christ.
